Can I cancel or modify my order?

We accept requests to cancel or modify orders within 6 hours of your purchase. After this timeframe, the order will have been processed and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

We apply a flat shipping fee of $6.49 USD to all orders.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.

What is the order cutoff time?

Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If your package does not arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

2. About Payments and Refunds

What payment methods does ModaNexa accept?

We accept payments via PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or securely use your credit/debit card through the PayPal gateway without needing an account.

What is the return and refund policy?

We accept returns for products within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Who pays for return shipping?

We will cover all shipping costs for product returns. Additionally, we will cover shipping costs for the new product if you are making an exchange.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed and may take 3-5 business days to appear back in your account.
